  • Why does a renovation project cost so much?

    This is a question with too many variables to answer, as every home is different. So we are averaging about $150 per square foot to make it easier. However out team can quote the real price for your project in days.

  • What is the timeline for the project?

    Usually a small project can be executed under a week. For medium size projects, it can take up to 2 weeks. And larger projects can take from 3 weeks to 2 months depending on the size. This figure are representation of working time. Design, Quote and approval can take sometime depending on customer decision time.

  • What is the total budget for construction?

    The total budget for new construction can only be given, after a project is discuss with one of our sales representative and assess the plans and material to be used on the project as market price varies.

  • How is renovation project initiated?

    We require 1/3 (one third) down payment on all projects. Only after the deposit is meet the construction work begins. After that a second payment of 1/3 (one third) is due in the middle  and the finale payment of 1/3 (one third) at the end of the project.
