Bathroom Remodel

 We have had Fabiano do several jobs for us from minor repairs to installing new kitchen countertops and finally a down to the studs bathroom makeover. He is always on time, does what he says he will do and is always willing to adjust on the fly due to his customers whims😏. He has also given us fair/competitive pricing for all his work and isn’t satisfied until you are.

We had North Home Builders install our tile floor in our kitchen. They did a fabulous job. The workers were very polite and friendly. They laid the tile down on one day. The next day the installed the grout. They were very meticulous. We are very happy with their workmanship. We are definitely going to have them come back and do our bathroom.

Fabiano is an example of patience, stellar customer service and attention to his projects. Spirit Delivery did not deliver my microwave/oven combo unit as promised and Fabiano had to work late at night to install it per my request. The quality of his work is flawless and he literally saved the day for us. I highly recommend Fabiano�s company and my thanks also go to Marcelo, who was helping his boss. The prices are super reasonable and attention to his customers is just second to none. I will be hiring Fabiano for all my home repair projects. Ten stars, not five!!! Fabulous job!

Working with North Home Builders was a dream. After my first call of inquire I received a return phone call within minutes. An estimate was done the following day and by the end of the week my house was sparkling. I look forward to working with them again.

Fabiano came out promptly to give us an estimate on repairing the section of our kitchen counter where the faucets are and replacing part of the backsplash both of which are wood. We discussed having the whole countertop sanded and urethaned so it would all match for which he gave us a very reasonable price. He also mentioned he had friends who do countertops and would we like an estimate. We figured it couldn't hurt even though we really weren't planning on spending that kind of money. We were given a courtesy discount as a friend of Fabiano and a deal too good to pass up. Fabiano acted as our liaison through the whole process. He did repair the backsplash and spent a whole day leveling the cabinets in preparation for the countertops which came out beautiful. He has since come back to reseal our copper sink and replace the copper nails that held it in place when it was over the wood countertops. He is always there when he says he will be. Always with a smile on his face. And, he's not satisfied till the customer is satisfied. Very detail oriented. He has also tackled a couple other incidentals while he has been here. Always with the same desire to satisfy and attention to detail. Would highly recommend him!!!

Fabio and team were wonderful! They did an amazing job tiling around our fireplace. We were stuck as our original contractor backed out after everything was ordered. We hired the North Home Builders to rebuild our two-story front porch. We are very happy with the result. Fabio and his team did a fabulous job. They are very easy to work with and responsive. Fabio is meticulous and he comes to inspect the work his crew did and cleaned up or fix things to make sure it turns out great. They worked late into the evening to finish installing the sliding door because they knew the weather was going to be cold the next day. North Home Builders enlarged and completely remodeled our master bath and added new hardwood flooring and new lighting to our master bedroom. The crew was wonderful. Worked quickly and neatly to get the job done, but took the time to make changes when asked. The construction went very well and we are thrilled with our new bathroom. Will definitely hire again.

I wanted to write a review for Fabiano even though we ended up using a different contractor. I called to have him take a look at our bathroom and he was prompt and professional. He was quick to get me both a quote and some very life like drawings on the computer of what our new bathroom would look like. I was very impressed with the drawings. It seems that he has a an exceptional eye for design. In the end we went with a bid that was a little less.

It was a great experience for me. While it took longer than anticipated, much of the delay was my responsibility. They took apart the bathroom back to the studs, and built it again. I went from a solid wall shower enclosure with no recess for soap, shampoo, etc. to a glass enclosure with a wonderfully deep recess for soap, shampoo, sponges, etc., and a vanity that was exactly what I wanted, and tiles that I love. And they replaced an exhaust fan, with another one, plus a built-in nightlight, and heater. New toilet of course. The contractor himself has great taste for color schemes, types of lighting, etc. The people who work for them are great. And did they work! Often putting in 10 hour days with hardly a break for lunch! Impressive. Would I hire them again? In a heartbeat.

The workers were here every day, on time, and the work was completed on schedule. Due to Covid concerns, the work area was sealed and an air exchanger used. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Great ideas were presented to us for consideration, but there was no pressure to use particular products or vendors.
